1) Max is a pokémon trainer with an affinity for dragon types
2) Excluding dragons his favourite types are poison and bug
3) His family are from Hoenn but he spent most of his childhood in Goldenrod City in Johto returning to Fallarbor Town a year before he started his journey, this is why he chose to start in Johto
4) Like any trainer he has many rivals but his biggest rival is Reiko, his girlfriends Sylveon
5) His starter was a Bagon named Nemesis gifted to him by his grandfather
6) His natural hair colour is brown he dyes it black
7) He idolises Lance as a fellow dragon trainer
